To be concrete, the first part of the conference was the sixth Teachers' Congress. Initially, the first meeting of the sixth Faculty and Staff Congress was held, which was presided over by Chairman Yan Hongping of the School Union with four agendas. 

In the first place, everyone rose and sang the National Anthem of the People's Republic of China.

In the second place, President Madam Huang Wenli delivered a report on the work of the new term entitled ‘Sailing against the current, if you do not advance, you will fall back.’ Madam President reviewed all kinds of awards and touching stories of the school in the past school year, and shared the highlights of the work of various departments; Also, Madam President explained the work goals and priorities for the 2023-2024 academic year. Madam President expressed that a boat sailing against the current will fall back if it does not advance. Thus, no matter how the current situation may change, development is the absolute truth. On the other hand, in the face of fierce education competition, all staff should unite as one, always striving to move forward with the mentality that a boat sailing against the current must forge ahead or it will be driven back. Obviously, only by focusing on the connotation construction of the school, centering on education and teaching, and going all out to run the most popular education with the best quality can we grasp the key points, ensure the healthy, stable, sustainable and advantageous development of the school, and make Anqing Foreign Language School invincible! 

In the third place, the administrative cadres took the oath with President Madam Huang Wenli leading the oath and cadres at or above the middle level taking the oath.

In the fourth place, all staff took the oath with all the faculty and staff of Anqing Foreign Language School taking a collective oath.

Finally, Chairman Yan Hongping of the School Union asked everyone to discuss in groups after the conference, earnestly study and understand the spirit of President Madam Huang Wenli's work report, put forward reasonable suggestions conducive to the development of the school, and announced the successful conclusion of the sixth Teachers' Congress of Anqing Foreign Language School. 

The second part of the conference is the subject teaching experience exchange meeting, which was presided over by Vice Principal Liu Bing.

Specifically, four representatives of outstanding teachers spoke at the meeting, who are teacher Wang Juan of the Primary school Division, teacher Qian Jinwen of the Junior High School Division of the east campus, teacher Wang Shengyi of the Junior High School Division of the west campus and teacher Jiang Zhengying of the Senior High School Division, whose sharing showcased their noble feelings of being diligent in thinking and willing to contribute.

Last but not the least, Vice Principal Liu Bing commented on the teaching experience exchange meeting, and the interaction with the two teachers on the spot pushed the activity to a climax. Meanwhile, teacher Jin Jin of the Primary School Division and teacher Huang Xiandan of the Junior High School Division were deeply moved by the experience exchange of the four teachers and benefited a lot. Additionally, Vice Principal Liu Bing hoped that the speeches of the four teachers would be enlightening and helpful to everyone, so that everyone could improve their ability in the later work. It’s believed that all teachers will unite and cooperate, grow together, pursue excellence, and strive to be excellent teachers of Anqing Foreign Language School!

In conclusion, the goal is inspiring, and the mission calls us forward. This conference clarified the focus and direction of the work of this semester. Furthermore, all staff of Anqing Foreign Language School will embrace the new era with endeavor, start a new journey with practical actions, strive to play a new role and create new glories in the new semester!
